CitizenIQ Pro is a one-time purchase. As the product is digital and delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have any issues.

CitizenIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS. All civics questions are based on publicly available USCIS materials (Form M-1778).
